MedEKS Technologies Inc. acknowledges the principle that “the knowledge and consent of the individual are required for the collection, use or disclosure of personal information, except where inappropriate.”
MedEKS does not collect or use personal health information for any purpose other than providing the services outlined in our proposals or contracts. Any “transfer” of information to/from MedEKS Technologies Inc. is authorized by the client in accordance with client’s policies and governing legislation
