Our in-house services include:
- Joint development of each assignment work plan
- Quality audit of our coders’ performance to ensure CIHI and client requirements are met
- Ongoing consultation during the assignment and a summary report
- Correction of errors following submission of data to CIHI
Our off-site coding service is available when space or workstations are at a premium or where distance and travel costs are prohibitive. We have the latest available scanning technology to ensure speedy service with minimal disruption.
